Price Information

Our shown rates are per week (7 days).
One rental day is equal to 24h.
Surpassing 24h is considered an additional day (6h tolerance).
ex. If your drop off time is 7h later than your pick up time than 1 extra day is charged.

Short Rentals
Rates up to 6 days are based on the 6 day pro-rata.
ex. weekly rate is divided by 6 days and multiplied by the number of rental days.
Long Rentals
Rates more than 7 days are based on the 7 day pro-rata.
ex. weekly rate is divided by 7 days and multiplied by the number of rental days.

Terms & Conditions

1.1 - The shown rates include unlimited mileage rentals on Algarve, Lisbon and Porto. Rates include Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Full Comprehensive Insurance, and Portuguese VAT. Personal Accident Insurance is not included. (See below for details under: 2.3). By mutual agreement with all the Portuguese Car Hire Companies it is essential to sign and leave a Credit Card Slip to rent one of our cars. Although CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) is included, in the event of an accident the client should pay up to the following list of excess:

Group A, B- €1000 (SCDW insurance no excess at €10 p/day)
Group C,D,E,F,H- €1500 (SCDW insurance no excess at €20 p/day)
Group G,J,J1,M- €2500 (SCDW insurance no excess at €25 p/day)
Group P & P1- €5000 (SCDW insurance not available)

1.2 - If the client want to eliminate this deductible (excess), should pay an insurance (called Super CDW) which is paid directly by client when receiving the vehicle. The SCDW is only valid for rentals of 1 week or more. Tires, loss of keys, fuel mistakes, clutch and steering wheel box are not included.

1.3 - To calculate the rental price choose the Group and Season in our pricelist.

1.4 - Minimum 3 days Rental Period price. 1 and 2 days rental will have applied 3 days Rental Price.

1.5 - One rental day is considered a 24 hours period. There is a tolerance of 6 hours difference between delivery and return. If this 6 hours tolerance is exceeded one extra day will be add to the rental agreement.

1.6 - The Season rental price will change in the precise day as referred in the price list. Any rental beginning in one season and ending in other season will have two season prices applied to the rental price.

1.7 - Vehicles in Groups E, F, G, H, I, J, J1, K, L, M, P and P1 are on REQUEST BASIS only.

1.8 - Roof racks are available ON REQUEST and at a charge €15,00 per rental. Only available for groups A, B, C, H and L.

1.9 - Baby/Child/Booster seats are available ON REQUEST and at a charge of €25,00 per hire.

2.0 - Global Positioning System (GPS) available at €7,50 per day (necessary to leave €250,00 excess for this equipment.

2.1 - Out of Hours (22:00 until 07:00) Delivery or Collection for an additional charge of €15,00.

2.2 - One way rentals between the Algarve, Lisbon and Porto will have an additional fee of €100,00 only if the rental period is less than 7 days.

2.3 - PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE (P.A.I.). This additional insurance is available at €3,50 per day per car and covers the following:
- €14.963,93 per person for death or permanent incapacity.
- €1.496,39 per person for medical cares and repatriation.

2.4 - GREEN CARD for Spain for an additional charge of €7.50 per day, maximum of 52.50 per hire.

2.5 - Car type shown represents the main vehicles offered in each group. Similar type vehicles but from different manufacture may be supplied at commencement of rental.

2.6 - A full driving licence must be produced by each driver, and must have held it for a minimum of one year and be at least 21 years old.

2.7 - In the event of an accident, if the driver has been driving under the influence alcohol or narcotics, in accordance with Portuguese Law, the driver will be required to pay the cost of any damage incurred.

2.8 - LOCATIONS: car hire depots are at FARO, LISBON AIRPORTS, S. BRÁS DE ALPORTEL, CARVOEIRO and LAGOA.
